Portable Print Studio is an artist-led project. By sharing our knowledge & expertise of the screen print process our aim is to provide a platform for people to engage in and learn a new skill in an environment that naturally encourages and promotes creativity, experimentation & play.
Being a mobile studio gives us the ability to spread the print message further, offering our services to a wider audience including; school children, festival goers, office workers, community groups, museums, galleries & local councils.
Portable Print Studio is a creative project founded by Sarah Simmonds. Sarah graduated with both an M.A & B.A in Fine Art Printmaking from the Royal College of Art & University of Brighton. She has over 10 years experience in printmaking. She has participated in various group exhibitions in the UK, Germany, France, Belgium & India. She has been an artist in residence at BBK Kulturwerk, Berlin, Cite des Arts, Paris & Sandarbh, India.
